The position carries partial P&L accountability and plays a pivotal role in driving 2–3x growth potential in a region of over 100 million people through strong distributor partnerships and market expansion strategies.Our client is a global FMCG company with a diverse portfolio of leading consumer brands and a strong presence across international markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the regional strategy, optimizing commercial performance, and ensuring sustainable growth across multiple markets.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end business operations for Essential Home brands in the CCAR regionFull P&L ownership and performance trackingSet and follow up on sales targets; drive country-specific sales developmentManage and grow relationships with regional distributorsMonitor order flows, stock levels, and demand forecastsDevelop and execute commercial and trade marketing strategiesDesign and optimize route-to-market modelsTrack and report on market share developments and growth opportunitiesBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing regional team (3 BDMs + 1 Operations Manager)Reporting Line: Reports to Country Manager Turkey & CCARTeam Leadership: Manages a team of 4:3 Business Development Managers1 Operations Manager (Customer Service & Demand Planning)Qualifications:University degree (preferably in Engineering or Business Administration)Fluent in English and Russian; Turkish is a strong plus8+ years of sales experience, ideally in an international FMCG environmentProven track record of sales successStrong distributor management and remote team leadership experiencePreferred Qualifications:Experience working in the CCAR regionDeep understanding of indirect sales and B2B distribution modelsAnalytical mindset with strong commercial acumenTravel Requirements: Frequent travel within the region, especially to Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan, and occasionally to TurkeyWhat We Look For:A growth-minded leader with strong ownership and result orientationAbility to build, inspire, and lead high-performing teamsProven sales achievements and hunger for driving business impactStrong analytical thinking and strategic planning capability
