To cross-functionally manage this business, facilitate strategic decision-making, and support its healthy growth, we are recruiting for a "Business Directorate / Business Administration" position.Position DetailsThis role supports the business management and decision-making for regional revitalization initiatives. It involves collecting and analyzing financial data, providing valuable insights to senior management and operational departments, and leading the business forward.Budgeting and Management Preparation of annual budgets and medium-term plans Budget allocation for each department and project Variance analysis between actual performance and budget (Budget vs. Actuals Management)Performance Management Creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports Setting and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Profitability analysis by department and projectCost Management Cost accounting and cost analysis Proposing cost reduction initiatives and implementing measures Profitability analysis for each product and serviceData Analysis & Reporting Data analysis utilizing BI tools and Excel Preparation of reports and presentation materials for managementManagement Accounting System Operation & Improvement Implementation and operation of management accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) Customization of systems and optimization of data flowsInter-departmental Coordination & Communication Data collection and goal setting in collaboration with various departments Acting as a liaison between senior management and operational teams Supporting the cascading of management strategies and goals to the operational levelOther Management from the perspective of internal control and governance Analysis of non-financial data (e.g., customer satisfaction, employee engagement) Development and analysis of ESG and sustainability-related management indicators Promotion of Digital Transformation (DX)This role is not merely about processing numbers, it involves supporting senior management and operational teams in how to make effective decisions.We offer a flexible environment where you can freely propose, plan, and execute initiatives. The team composition is approximately 30% mid-career hires and 70% internal promotions / long-term employees.
