About The JobThe Business Management Officer’s main mission is to support in the management of a group of teams, in all topics requiring transversal coordination or consolidation of informationThe Officer provides support to management processes of setting goals, planning and controlling the organisation and leading the execution of any type of activity, such as a project or a process, including analysis and elaboration of various reports and presentations to support in the decision-making process and focusing on continuous improvementYour Main Activities AreSupport the leadership of the scope on their daily activities or projectsPerform research and actively support ongoing transversal projects and initiativesDevelop and own data models with the purpose of consolidating data, analysing them and reporting them in a structured and articulated way to support and inform business decisionsContribute to the development or maintenance of new data models in a large range of activities, such as budget monitoring, space management, monitoring of the recruitment, results of internal surveys, among othersSupport in preparing workshops or meetings with internal clients and managing communities, with the organisation of events, management of internal sites, sharing of information via mailing listSupport in following up and implementing continuous improvement or new projects that benefit and improve the management of the scopeSupport to maintain the knowledge management and audit trail processesSupport in the yearly budget process and in following up the budgetSupport in the management of the portfolio of projects within its scope of teamsProfile And Skills To SuccessBachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing and Communications or similar academic backgroundsUp to 2 years of experience in Project or Business Management, Financial Analysis, Advisory and/or Administrative SupportExcellent communication skills and fluency in English, both oral and writtenProficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Excel and Power Point Capable of delivering data analysis and reportsOrganisation skills, with a proactive and goal-focused mind-setAbility to develop and leverage networksWhy joining BNP Paribas?
