Peloton Partners is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Management Trainee to join our expanding Edinburgh team.This role offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience across all key areas of the business — including Sales, Leadership, Operations, and Business Administration.Through our structured development programme, you’ll receive one-to-one mentoring, guided leadership training, and practical experience across multiple departments. Upon successful completion, you’ll progress to managing your own business unit within Peloton Partners.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Across Departments: Rotate through departments such as Sales, Business Administration, Operations, and Leadership to build a complete understanding of how the business operates.Sales & Marketing: Develop skills in business-to-business, events, retail, and residential sales.
