Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Manager Agency, based in Surabaya. The Business Manager Agency will oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales targets, mentor and manage agency teams, and implement effective growth strategies. Responsibilities include fostering strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. The role also involves reporting on operational performance to senior management and contributing to business development initiatives. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and managing agency teams.Proficiency in business strategy development, performance analysis, and market trend evaluation.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for client relationship management.Broad knowledge of sales processes and the ability to drive team sales targets.Familiarity with financial products and services, including insurance and investment offerings.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.Professional certifications in insurance or financial services are a plus.Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is advantageous.
