This person will drive the best practice standards and targets across a complex WWL field organization.Key responsibilities include:Operations, Various Corp and Area Business reviews.Drive consistency, quality and insight of relevant programs and initiatives across Areas and be diligent on following up actions.Lead and manage the cross-area skills project v-team and the alignment of our skilling objectives, metrics, and strategic planning across different programs, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and tracking of key outcomes.Represent AMS in the regional meeting as the insight and voice of field representation.Partner with the Training Program Managers (TPMs) and Inside Training Program Managers (iTPMs) to engage key customers on their skills needs and plans, using various resources and tools available, such as Enterprise Skills Initiative, MS Learn, on-demand content, and other learning materials.Align with region BM to establish and lead an effective ROB to support area deliverables and strategic conversations/deliverables.Coordinate and contribute to Monthly/Quarterly business reviews (MBR’s, QBRs) and Leadership Meetings, and leverage area level insights for decision making and action planning.Encourage to share lessons learned, best practices, and innovations on process/procedures and tools to improve efficiency and productivity related Americas.Support Area Learning Leads in developing and executing an effective communication plan for internal and external stakeholders/subsidiaries, using various channels and formats to showcase our skilling impact and value proposition.Assess and address the current and future skilling demand of our customers, especially the top accounts, and collaborate with Field Team and Program Owners to design and document the optimal solution strategy.Develop Forecast tools to improve capacity planning and addressing challenges in the modality mix aligned with our demand.Operationalize streamlined processes for area budget management, capturing demand and tracking execution.Support the ALLs and xTPMs with prioritization exercises and area/subsidiary/OU updates by leveraging existing reporting to provide the necessary business insights to make informed decisions.Support Time Zone ESI Ops Lead & AMS Business Manager in preparing presentations, capturing data, and providing insight into delivery services for the region.Collaborate with Operational field to make sure of a smooth process execution and identify improvement points to streamline the field needs.Driving the growth of skilling programs and ensuring they are effectively implemented and impactful.Manage the vendor relationship on all financial processes starting with PO and SOW creation ending with accruals and invoice approvals.Requirements/Experience:Project Management: Proactively identifies implications of related internal and external business conditions to risks and dependencies.
