Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Manager role located in Jeddah. The Business Manager will oversee daily operations, manage budgets and financial performance, lead strategic planning, and ensure the successful execution of company projects. The role will also involve supervising teams, coordinating with various departments, and fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure objectives are met effectively and efficiently. Qualifications Leadership and Management skills, including team supervision and strategic planning.Proficiency in Financial Management, Budgeting, and Resource Allocation.Experience in Business Strategy Development and Problem-Solving.Strong Communication and Negotiation skills for client and stakeholder engagement.Organizational and Time-Management skills to handle complex projects.Familiarity with the construction and supply industries is a strong advantage.Proficiency in business software tools and project management systems.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required. An advanced degree is a plus.Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role is essential.
