About Legend AutoHubLegend AutoHub is the newly launched Used Car Division of Legend Holding Group, a diversified automotive group based in the UAE with operations spanning new car dealerships, exports, rentals and after Sales Service centers. Our Mission is to establish a strong retail and export presence in the pre-owned vehicle segment — combining trust, transparency, and technology to redefine the used car experience for customers in the UAE and beyond.We aim to have our presence in 3 emirates by 2026 and scaling to a Volume of 15000 cars in 2026. We have the infrastructure required to achieve this and if the strategy forms right and plans get executed, we will be redefining the used cars space in the UAE and beyond.Job OverviewAs the Business Manager for Legend AutoHub will be the founding leader responsible for setting up and scaling the used car division from the ground up. This role demands a mix of entrepreneurial drive, strategic planning, operational expertise, and automotive business acumen.The individual will lead the end-to-end establishment of the division, including business planning, team building, inventory sourcing, setting up showrooms, service centers, and operational systems while driving sales growth both within the UAE and through export channels.This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in building new ventures and can convert strategic vision into measurable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities1. Business Setup & LaunchDevelop and execute the complete business setup plan for Legend AutoHub, covering facilities, team, processes, and technology.Identify, plan, and establish used car showrooms and service centers aligned with Legend Motors’ brand standards.Collaborate with management and external partners for licensing, regulatory approvals, RTA registrations, insurance, and financial arrangements.Create operational policies, pricing frameworks, and performance standards for the division.2. Strategic Planning & GrowthDevelop the business model, financial projections, and go-to-market strategy for used cars (retail + export).Analyze UAE and international used car markets to identify profitable segments, pricing opportunities, and sourcing channels.Build strategic partnerships with suppliers, finance companies, and logistics providers to enable rapid scaling.3. Team Building & LeadershipRecruit, train, and lead a multi-functional team (Sales, Procurement, Marketing, Operations, Service, Administration).Establish KPIs and performance culture focused on results, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Provide mentorship and leadership to ensure high motivation, alignment, and accountability within the team.4. Procurement, Inventory & PricingSet up and manage vehicle sourcing channels (trade-ins, bulk purchases, auctions, local and international suppliers).Define pricing strategy to balance competitiveness and profitability.Establish appraisal and quality control processes for all incoming inventory.Monitor stock levels, aging, and turnover to ensure optimum utilization of capital.5. Sales, Marketing & Customer ExperienceLead the sales operations (online and offline) to achieve defined targets.Work closely with marketing teams to launch campaigns, brand identity, and digital presence for Legend AutoHub.Oversee listing management on digital platforms, customer engagement via CRM, and lead conversion efficiency.Implement customer experience standards that promote trust and repeat business.6. Export Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop export markets and trading partners in Africa, Asia, and other potential regions.Build export pricing, documentation, and logistics frameworks.Coordinate with the Group’s export team for synergy and shared opportunities.7. Operations, Compliance & ProcessesOversee end-to-end operations: from vehicle intake to sale and after-sales support.Set up systems for documentation, RTA processing, financing, insurance, and after-sales coordination.Ensure adherence to all UAE automotive and export regulations and company compliance standards.8. Financial Management & ReportingPrepare budgets, track performance, and ensure profitability within defined targets.Maintain detailed financial and operational dashboards for management visibility.Recommend cost optimization and margin improvement measures.Who Fits the Legend’s SeatMaster’s degree in Business Management, or related discipline8–12 years of experience in the UAE automotive industry, with at least 3–5 years in leadership or business setup roles in the used car sector.Proven track record of establishing or scaling a used car or automotive business.Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics, RTA regulations, sourcing channels, and export procedures.Excellent negotiation, financial analysis, and leadership skills.Proficient in CRM/DMS systems, MS Office, and digital sales tools.Fluency in English required; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.
