DescriptionBUSINESS DEVELOPMENT• Creating new business opportunities by prospecting new customers in the IT sector• Optimizing business profitability with mid-size accounts and named account• Closing offer deals on service-based contracts (fixed-price, SLA-based, delivery-based) or on timebasedcontracts (delegation of consultants)HUMAN RESSOURCES• Selecting & recruiting your new IT consultants’ team• Being in charge of the consultant career evolution (annual review, training…)MANAGEMENT• Being in charge of your own team of IT consultants• Supervising the financial status of your activity• Organizing & coordinating the commercial relationships with your partnersYour profileFrench or Luxembourg or German native speaker, fluent in EnglishMaster Degree in Business- or Engineering- related fieldsYou have a passion for new technologies and you are a good listener and communicator.You are proactive and especially organized as well as you have an autonomous personality who can manage their own priorities.
