Market & Customer Development Manager- UK & EuropeFMCG - Drinks📍 Hybridc.£100,000+ BenefitsA country management opportunity at a rapidly growing international premium beverage brand looking now to expand into UK & Europe across foodservice, grocery and QSR. This is key appointment to lead and activate the commercial strategy for both direct and indirect sales channels. Currently a very small presence in UK & Europe, but with the knowledge and learning from success across US, Asia and Oceania regions. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial position where you will wear many hats and play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial and operational strategy. What you'll be doing:Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and operators across retail and foodservice channels - both direct and via distributorDevelop and execute strategic account plans, securing new distribution and increasing brand awarenessCollaborate with global teams to tailor marketing campaigns, promotions and trade supportIdentify and on-board European distributors as the UK footprint maturesManage commercial processes including forecasting, pricing, and contract negotiationsWe’re looking for:A background in account management, commercial, or sales (Food or FMCG).Comfortable operating autonomously, owning the market, and managing the P&LA flexible mindset, from leading on market and customer development to operational problem solvingA real desire to play a key role in a growing challenger brand entering new markets A proactive self-starter with a commercial mindset and “can-do” attitude, adaptable, collaborative, and a natural problem-solverWhat’s in it for you?💼 Competitive salary + package💰Bonus scheme🩺 Healthcare scheme💷 Pension contributionPeople are at the heart of everything we do.
