Headquartered in Singapore, MIMS has sales and operations in Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.Who We Are Looking For:The Business Manager will be responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue targets through acquiring new clients, upselling to existing clients, developing new market segments and developing strategic partnerships to achieve objectives of MIMS Clinical Decision Solutions division.What Impact You Will Make:1. Sales & Revenue GrowthAchieve and exceed annual revenue targets across direct hospital and partner-driven channels.Develop territory plans and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for CDS products.Identify, qualify, and close deals through consultative and value-based selling.Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting, pitching, and proposal, to contracting, integration, and post-sales support.2. Client & Partner EngagementBuild strong executive-level relationships with CEOs, CMOs, CIOs, CMIOs, and Pharmacy Directors.Collaborate with HIS/EMR vendors to embed CDS APIs, SDKs, or integration modules (e.g., Drug Interaction Checker, Monograph, Dose Check).Negotiate commercial terms, licensing models, and integration scopes aligned with both hospital and vendor strategies.3. Strategic Partnerships & Market DevelopmentEstablish reseller or integration partnerships with system vendors and distributors.Work with internal teams (Editorial, Integration, IT, Marketing) to co-develop localized product offerings.Identify new market segments (e.g., private hospitals, public tenders, or general/specialty clinics) and expand reach.4. Pre-Sales & Solution CustomisationConduct product demonstrations, value assessments, and technical discussions with clinical informatics and IT teams.Translate hospital requirements into tailored CDS configurations and integration workflows.Support tender submissions and respond to RFPs/RFQs with clinical and technical accuracy.5.
