Business ManagerJob Description:Develop, execute, and monitor sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in collaboration with supply chains team.Build and manage relationships with key business partnersDrive brand strategy, product positioning, and marketing campaigns to strengthen market presenceCoordinate production planning and ensure alignment between manufacturing output and market demand.Requirements:Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Having at least 2-3 years of working experience as a Business Manager in a Pharmaceutical, OTC, or FMCG industry.Strong leadership, good communication, attention to detail, and able to work under pressure.Proven track record in driving business growth, launching products, and managing multi-functional teams.Good communication in English, both verbal and written.Willing to do business travel frequently.Placement: Johannesburg, South AfricaCompany OverviewFounded in 1966, PT.
