Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Manager role located in Pune. The Business Manager will lead day-to-day operations, manage financial performance, and implement effective strategies to achieve the company’s business objectives. Core responsibilities include supervising team performance, improving operational efficiency, monitoring budgets, and driving business growth. Additionally, the Business Manager will align departmental activities with strategic goals and ensure customer satisfaction through the effective delivery of services and products. Qualifications Proven experience in business management, strategic planning, and operations managementStrong financial acumen with budget management and cost-analysis expertiseProficiency in leadership, team management, and performance optimization skillsKnowledge of marketing, sales, and customer relationship managementExceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skillsAbility to adapt to dynamic business environments and strategize growth opportunitiesFamiliarity with manufacturing and industrial processes, particularly relating to radiators, is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
