This critical team member will support project management of the day‐to‐day workload across a range of deliverables. Cadent builds relationships and collaboration between the biopharmaceutical industry and healthcare professionals.ResponsibilitiesSupport Account teams in the internal project management activities for client work and deliverablesControls basic project requirements, manages timelines and status of deliverables, ensuring that the project team knows the project status and has everything they need, writing timely meeting minutesMonitor cross-functional team responsibilities, ensuring accountability for tasks and timely progress.Maintain up-to-date master project documentation, including timelines, deliverables, and dependencies Able to create budgets and SOWS, manage project financials, and understand forecastingMaintains tight management of ongoing project budgets and resource managementGains and maintains a working knowledge of the industry, brands, and categoriesMake proactive recommendations to help ensure efficiency and quality Establishes solid working relationships with all internal teamsAccurately tracks time spent on each job and enters in time-tracking system on a daily basisQualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, marketing, or related field, ORHigh school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of agency project management, project specialist, executive assistant/administrative assistant experience Preferred:2-3 years of agency project management, project specialist experienceExperience with Wrike or another electronic project management systemSkillsRequired: Proficient in English Quick and accurate typing skillsHigh level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (ie, SharePoint, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)Working knowledge of Project Management Tools like WRIKE (preferred), Smartsheets, MS Project or similar.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and prioritize tasksExcellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact with internal team members and external stakeholdersPreferred: PMP certification or equivalentProficient with WRIKEAt Cadent, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
