You know how to connect the dots and provide actionable insights.A Master Communicator: You have high emotional intelligence, top-tier organisational skills, and are a natural team player. You remain calm under pressure, handle sensitive information with discretion, and are totally solutions-driven.An Execution Expert: You have a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects from initial idea to successful completion.What You'll Do:Drive Strategy & Efficiency 📈: Support the CEO in executing key initiatives. You'll track performance, identify and remove bottlenecks, oversee CEO priorities, and provide the data-driven insights needed to make smart decisions.Coordinate the Business 🤝: You'll be the engine for the executive team. This includes planning CEO & Exco meetings, managing reporting cadences, coordinating key events, and maintaining critical governance.Manage Communications 🗣️: Act as a trusted liaison between the CEO and the wider business.
