You ensure high-quality client service delivery across your portfolio and align satisfaction KPIs across teams by connecting business strategy, media innovation/experience, and measurable efficiency. You will drive long-term business growth and take accountability for budget and planning.Key ResponsibilitiesClient ManagementManage client relationships and revenuesEnsure client satisfaction and lead strategic account initiativesIdentify and develop new business opportunitiesDemonstrate a strong understanding of client products, portfolios, and commercial strategiesPerformance ManagementOversee account performance and business growthDeliver monthly reporting and manage investments at local and global levelsTeam ManagementLead cross-functional teams to ensure quality and performance in media experiencesCollaborate with specialists across different areasContribute to talent acquisition and developmentProfile We’re Looking ForWe are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Managing Partner with strong experience in client servicing.Experience: 10+ years in client-facing roles within a media agency or at an advertiser. Proven success in fast-paced environments.Skills: Performance- and results-oriented. Collaborative, adaptable, and authentic.
