This role blends technical expertise with relationship management to guide clients through onboarding, system integration, and ongoing support.📌 Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations & CRM Specialist to support our rapidly growing Sales and Business Development teams. In this role, you'll streamline sales processes, own our Salesforce CRM, deliver data-driven insights, and define the metrics that drive our success. Your work will directly impact how efficiently and effectively our revenue teams operate.Key Responsibilities Sales Operations SupportStreamline and optimize the sales process for team efficiencyMaintain and update the sales pipeline, including forecastingConfigure Salesforce to adapt to team needsDesign and maintain sales operations toolsAutomate routine tasks to reduce manual work for sales reps Salesforce & CRM ManagementManage the company's Salesforce CRM data and processesCollaborate with teams to ensure accuracy of leads and recordsMaintain data integrity through audits and validationAct as the liaison for account managers regarding CRM issues Reporting & AnalyticsGenerate insights from CRM and financial data for decision-makingCreate reports and dashboards for leadership and the teamDeliver regular reports on sales performance and KPIsAnalyze data for trends and recommend strategies Define & Track MetricsDefine and refine KPIs and support revenue planning by tracking targets and building real-time dashboards for critical metricsRequirementsQualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, operations, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in an analytical or operations role (such as Sales Operations, Business Analyst, or Operations Coordinator) is highly desirable. Experience in a start-up environment or small company is a plus. Healthcare or medical device industry experience is preferred, as familiarity with healthcare workflows and terminology will help you hit the ground runningTechnical Skills: Solid proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience strongly preferred). Able to quickly learn new software tools (the candidate should adapt rapidly to new systems and processes ). Strong data structuring skills (or comparable spreadsheet/analysis tools) are important for data analysis. Experience with data visualization or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plusAnalytical & Detail-Oriented: Excellent analytical thinking - you enjoy digging into data to find insights. Must be extremely detail-oriented and accuracy-focused; our team relies on your reports and data to make decisions, so errors must be minimized Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
