Business Operations & Growth Associate

Location: Singapore (must be based in and eligible to work in Singapore Citizen or PR)We’re building Inturai, a company transforming spatial intelligence through AI and Wi-Fi signal processing to make spaces smarter, safer, and more productive.From healthcare and aged care to retail, industrial, and defence, our technology delivers real-time insights without intrusive cameras or wearables.This is a hands-on role working directly with the CEO across strategy, growth, and execution. You’ll join meetings with clients, investors, and partners, prepare materials, manage follow-ups, and turn conversations into results. It’s part strategy, part operations, part sales enablement, and fully immersive.If you come from consulting, sales, or startup operations and want to move from advising or selling to building, this role will give you an inside seat to how companies are actually scaled.💡 Not a typical 9-5. The base salary will be modest at first, but the learning, exposure, and upside (including potential equity) are substantial.
