Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Partner based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with some flexibility for remote work. The Business Partner will collaborate with leadership to set strategic goals, manage operational processes, and drive business growth initiatives. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, fostering partnerships, overseeing performance metrics, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. The role also involves contributing to sustainable growth by identifying business opportunities and optimizing workflow systems. Qualifications Business acumen and experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and performance evaluationStrong interpersonal skills to foster collaborations, build partnerships, and engage with stakeholdersOperational expertise to manage resources, streamline workflows, and optimize organizational effectivenessProblem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address challenges and achieve long-term objectivesExcellent verbal and written communication skills to convey insights and lead initiatives effectivelyProficiency in project management, budgeting, and data-driven decision-makingBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plusExperience in the media or digital news industry is beneficial but not mandatory
