By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of topics, while also working closely with our businesses, to help drive the People and Communications agenda.We are looking for aPeople and Communications Business Partnerto support KONE Headquarters, Finland, with people related initiatives and processes to meet the KONE strategy.You will focus on support, advising, coaching, and developing managers and their teams of selected units located in Espoo, Finland in close collaboration with the Global P&C Business Partners. You will support the deployment of the global P&C initiatives locally and participate in orchestrating the P&C service delivery to our business. You will also run selected annual people processes/ deliverables independently within; Resourcing and Talent Management, Performance Management and Learning & Development. In addition, you will support certain P&C activities on Nordic level.This role is a great opportunity for you to utilize your experience and grow in all areas of P&C – including the possibility to drive some of the key strategic development initiatives, as well as working very hands on and ensuring the operational flow of the P&C processes within your area.Focus areas of the role Business partnering:Translating business understanding into people and communications prioritiesPartnering relating to annual People and Communications processesAdvising and coaching business in decision-making in people related issuesSupporting and consulting the business in organizational changes and restructuringsGuiding and supporting business in employment and labor law topicsEnsuring regulatory and policy compliance by actively consulting with internal stakeholders such as HR and management, as well as external partnersAdvising the business on health and wellbeing strategy, related topics, and developing improvement approachesProviding coaching, training, and hands-on support for managers in employee related topicsDefining, driving and owning successfully the People and communications agenda and ensuring agenda to be aligned with KONE’s strategic direction.Employee experience:Own the engagement agenda and drive local prioritiesOwn the development and execution of diversity, inclusion, and equity agenda together with the businessProviding internal support in relevant employment issues.To be successful in this role, you’ll have the followingMSc. or BSc degree in business, HR or equivalent experience, several years of working experience in HR Business Partner, HR Generalist and/or a HR specialist roleProven track to run HR annual processes independentlySupportive and flexible mindsetExcellent influencing and presentation skillsExperience in working across functions and in matrix set-upsAbility for fast decision making and actions when required to meet stakeholder expectationsInterest in P&C data related decision makingHands-on project management and change management experienceManagement of Union relationships or negotiations is seen as an assetFluency of Finnish and English are required to be successful in the role.
