Through innovative technology, scalable business models, and impact-driven financing, Ignite Power is transforming lives, fostering economic growth, and driving the continent’s clean energy transition. https://igniteaccess.com/ Ignite Energy Access | LinkedIn Job Purpose/Mission The Business Performance coordinator will be responsible to all sales, marketing, Budget, and economic Data gathering, processing, storage, analyzing, distribution and presentation for the purpose of measuring, reporting, Tracking and evaluating sales performance. This role reports to the Commercial Strategy and Transformation Manager with dotted lines to the Head of commercial and Managing Director.This role will provide support to the Head of Commercial and the Strategy and transformation manager in developing the overall commercial & go-to-market strategy. The role is responsible for designing or updating the sales reporting to ensure proper measurement, appraisal, and performance evaluation and management to achieve commercial targets and business goals.The role will also provide support to key commercial stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis and/or presentations of key account performance, regional trends, stakeholder management and overall commercial strategy and planning. This role will own and manage the entire sales forecasting process, regular performance review meetings, sales targeting and cycle planning. Responsibilities CommercialDrive monthly sales revenue and volume forecasts aligned with annual goals and prevailing trends to ensure optimum inventory ordering and holding.Prepare sales targets for the commercial teams in line with the business commercial objectives and strategy. Supervise field team incentives and remuneration, maintain clear and accurate records on monthly costs aligned with sales facilitation.Own and manage the sales commissions budgets in line with the pricing models. Collaborate with customer finance, products and marketing on pricing strategies, and business models to achieve revenue goals. Support Customer finance, Marketing & R&D teams on GTM strategy with clear success trackers and ROI measures. Design and implement a clear Cost of Sales metric aligned with seasonality. Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive analysis, strategies and tactics.Support the development of the customer retention strategy and coordinate its implementation across sales channels, customer segments. ReportingDaily, Weekly and Monthly Reporting on ALL KPIs as required.Actively participate and monitor competition in collaboration with the Product Dev team. Escalate Identified risks and define possible mitigation measures. Knowledge and Skills 2-3 years’ experience working with grassroots Sales teams. Data processing and analysis skills are required.Experience in working effectively across functions. Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Good oral and written communication.Evidence of the practice of a high level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality and maturity.Flexible approach to working, able to pick up a variety of tasks/projects with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Agility and innovation.Great Analytical skills. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Strong Planning & Organizational Skills.Qualifications:HND/bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline. An MBA as an added advantage Language(s): EnglishA local language is a plus.
