At L'Oréal Luxe our mission is to provide our consumers the best products and brand experience by making it unique.Thanks to our strong, balanced and complementary portfolio we are able to meet the needs of every consumer tribe, at every price level.Our portfolio is composed of 26 brands of which 17 are global brands, including major brands, highly-aspirational and multi-expert, such as Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent and Giorgio Armani.As Business Planner You WillConsolidate commercial customer-centric Sales Forecast (SO, SI, Baseline, Promo and Launch) in collaboration with Key Account Managers reflecting channel/customer and brand strategy;Challenge forecast construction taking into account Stock in Trade and SISO equation for Customer/Total HUB on Signature, Axe level;Review Sales forecast sizing for Novelties and big promo events, consolidate commercial/customer feedback & provide input to CPCL (Centralized Planning Country lead);Analyze Market/Sales data and provide actionable insights to drive growth to CGO organization;Post Launch/Promo performance: analyze performance by channel/customer/SKU on TOP Novelties, provide analysis for future forecast improvement;Prepare dashboards, reports and calculations for sales and marketing teams;Prepare presentations for commercial meetings;Propose changes that make the Business Intelligence solutions more efficient;Facilitate local trend process by working with CPCL, Finance and Business teams on gap analysis between forecast/trend.You're a Perfect Match If YouHave a good analytical perception of complex situations and data.
