Job Description

Location: Singapore, Occasional travel across the regions.Reporting Line: Managing Director Introduction:Driving scalable growth by aligning sales, business operations, and customer success strategies through data-driven insights, forecasting, and go-to-market planning.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Compensation Design: Design and manage sales incentive and commission structures that align with company objectives — balancing motivation, fairness, and profitability by leveraging on data. Commercial Insights: Developing sales and data driven reports with in-house engineers to support the timely sharing of country and sales managers of in-country sales data.Resource forecasting: Driving resource forecasting by leveraging on data to support sales pipelines to resource forecasting .Process Optimization: Building sales initiative to constantly improve overall sales processes to improve overall sales qualification, due diligence and delivery compliance.Enablement Support: Responsible for championing organisational optimisation efforts (i.e. communication, training, and preparation of guides to enable and effect the implemented change).QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.5–8 years of experience in Revenue Strategy, Sales Operations, or Business Performance within a business environment.Experience designing or managing sales compensation and incentive plans.Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).Proven track record of working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Delivery teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present insights to senior leadership.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
