We drive the transformation and optimisation of people, process and technology, through the delivery and support of process improvement. The Digital Operations squad enables improvements by enhancing the use of digital products and workflow across Enterprise Operations and wider Kiwibank.Using structured problem-solving techniques, you will identify root cause issues, design, and deliver solutions through process and technology that give improved customer, people and business outcomes.  This role will also see you facilitate training and education to grow enterprise capability and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvements.Ko tātou tēnei. At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following skills and experience:Proven experience in leading end to end process improvement initiatives. A good understanding of core business process and the key principles and techniques of quality improvement using business improvement methodologies, e.g. Lean Six Sigma, Vanguard. The ability to use data to quantify problems or opportunities and apply analytical thinking to identify root causes and feed into solution design. Proven ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels and lead enterprise operational or project work groups and/or facilitate training and education. Knowledge or experience in ServiceNow would be beneficial.
