The team is implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and seeks two Business/Process Analysts to define requirements, support development, and ensure smooth rollout.This is an IT-adjacent role focused on processes, usability, and stakeholder management, not coding.ResponsibilitiesGather requirements from DAF, dealers, and customersTranslate needs into clear user storiesReview and test development workPrepare manuals, training, and rollout supportUnderstand exceptions outside standard workflowsOccasionally visit dealers/customers to observe usageWho we’re looking for3–5 years as a business or process analyst / change professionalHBO/WO level, structured and analyticalStrong communication, independent, proactive, practicalEmpathetic, solution-oriented, straightforward
