Job Description

Business T&O Management• 5–15 years of relevant experience• Prior experience in Banking (worked in a bank or supported banking clients)• Proficiency in Malay language is Mandatory Primary Function:Represent T&O in both Technology and Operations in providing solutions to business technology needs.Key Duties & Responsibilities (e.g. daily duties):• Single point of contact for Business’ needs (projects or change requests)• Advise, anticipate and translate Business’ needs to solutions• Work closely with Business and various GTO departments to translate Business’ needs to solutiono New projects – from initiation/solutioning to smooth transition to deliveryo Change requests – prioritize/review CRs for both Technology and Operationso Production issues (both Technology or Operations) – inform and update Business accordinglyo Engage at senior level for right level of discussions and decision making• Communicate regularly with Business on GTO performance such as project progress, financials, production incidents, etc.
