Dann bewerben Sie sich jetzt.Business Process Lead – Pharma Manufacturing, Biotech vacancy for our Neuchatel based client in the Pharma sector.The Business Process Excellence Lead is responsible for driving continuous improvement and optimization of Site business processes across all departments as part of our Transformation. The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand established processes and drive the implementation of optimizations, enhancements, and improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization towards increased agility and simplifications of our ways of working. The role acts as a change champion (e3+) and facilitates transformation.Your TasksProvide expertise in business process management and modelling, ensuring alignment with the Business Process Architecture. Identify, map, and document current business processes related to the Biotech Manufacturing site, including workflows, key activities, inputs, outputs, and interdependencies. Analyses of processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, redesigning processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate new technologies, such as AI/ML, and automation into business processes. Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of newly implemented processes. Your Experience/knowledgeProven experience in business process management and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with Lean and BPM practices. Language skills: English Your Soft SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and change management abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
