Business Process Management Consultant

Minimum 3 years’ experience with Business Process Management solutions, with strong expertise in Camunda 8 and end-to-end process automation.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and optimize BPM workflows using Camunda 8 (Zeebe, Operate, Tasklist).Model and implement business processes using BPMN, DMN, and Form standards.Integrate Camunda workflows with microservices, APIs, and enterprise systems.Develop orchestration/automation logic leveraging Java-based workers and event-driven architecture.Work closely with business users to translate requirements into scalable BPM solutions.Perform performance tuning on BPM workflows, process orchestration, and task handling.Technical SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Camunda 8 ecosystem (Zeebe engine, Operate, Tasklist, connectors).Solid understanding of BPM, BPEL, BAM, and workflow best practices.Experience developing and deploying web services and integrations (REST/SOAP) on enterprise platforms.Background with Java EE, Oracle SOA Suite, JDeveloper, and Oracle Fusion Middleware is an advantage.Proficiency in Oracle DBMS and PL/SQL.
