Join us and be part of a team that is redefining industry standards while making a meaningful impact on global trade and sustainability.Position Overview : To lead and support the continuous improvement of business processes across strategic support functions (HR, Finance, GA, Purchasing, IT, Legal) to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and service quality. The BPM Specialist will analyze, design, implement, and monitor business processes, ensuring core alignment of organizational model and company policy and procedure.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and improve current workflows, identifying inefficiencies and automation opportunitiesDesign and document standardized processes (policies, workflows, RACI) aligned with company needs.Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and other teams to implement and validate process changes.Define KPIs, monitor performance, and recommend improvements.Support change management and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.QualificationsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Process, Management/Improvement Process, preferably in logistics, shipping, or related industries.Strong background in Finance will be highly preferredStrong knowledge of flowchart tools (Figma) and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft D365) and digital transformation initiatives.Disclaimer Meratus is committed to ethical hiring practices.
