Business Process Manager

Sönmez Transformer Company ( STS ) is a fast-growing company in the energy sector. STS manufactures power transformers, special transformers for different applications, and reactors. STS was founded in 1976. Our production plant is located in Dilovasi, Kocaeli and we have an office in Istanbul Anatolian Side. Our current export rate is more than 95% worldwide; our main markets are Central Europe, North America, and Australia.We are searching for a Business Process Manager for our young and dynamic team. Main Responsibilities*Analysis of production processes* Preparation of work instructions*Time studies and determination of standard hours*Analysis of internal logistics movements and determination of workforce requirements*Analysis and transfer of production requests from design and project departments to production (workforce requirements, standard hour studies, line balancing, time studies)* Analysis and improvement of lean manufacturing processes*Systematic approach to continuous improvement activities and Kaizen practices*Cost analysis and improvement activitiesRequired Qualifications and Experience*Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)*Proven experience in business development, sales engineering, or technical sales roles*Strong understanding of industrial products, manufacturing processes, or technical solutions (depending on the sector)*Minimum 5 years of related experience,*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills*Strong communication and interpersonal abilities*Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships*Strong project management and organizational skills*Strategic thinking and market research skills*Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team*Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset*Willingness to travel as required.
