Our mission is to scale our technology offerings globally through strategic partnerships, white labeling, and strong go-to-market execution.We are seeking a driven and strategic individual to lead the commercialization, productization, and market expansion of our technology solutions.Role OverviewThe Business & Product Strategy Manager will be responsible for turning the company’s existing technology solutions into market-ready products, identifying and securing white-label partnerships, and driving commercialization strategies.This role is business-focused and does not require technical development expertise — instead, it requires strong commercial acumen, client engagement skills, and the ability to craft strategies that connect our solutions with the right partners and markets.Key Responsibilities1. Productization & Commercial ReadinessTranslate company solutions and services into marketable products with clear positioning, benefits, and value propositions.Develop pricing, packaging, and service models for commercialization.Work with internal teams to ensure operational readiness for client delivery and scaling.2. Strategy & Business DevelopmentSupport senior management in defining and executing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the company’s tech solutions.Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments (e.g., financial institutions, registrars, asset managers, fintech platforms).Develop and implement strategies to acquire and onboard white-label clients.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and business growth opportunities.3. Client Engagement & Partnership GrowthReach out to and engage potential clients and partners to introduce and promote our white-label offerings.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on how our solutions can support their digital transformation goals.Oversee the onboarding process for new clients to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction.4. Capability Building & CollaborationWork with cross-functional teams to ensure internal alignment between product, sales, and operations.Contribute to developing playbooks, processes, and frameworks that support scalability.Provide input and support to senior management for strategic decision-making.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline.4–8 years of experience in business development, product commercialization, or strategy within fintech, SaaS, or professional services industries.Experience in white-label partnerships, B2B commercialization, or go-to-market execution.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and partners at all levels.Excellent strategic thinking and execution skills with attention to market dynamics.Self-starter, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
