Experience in compliance, information security, IT audit, or risk management.Preferred qualifications:5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.About The JobThe Risk, Compliance, and Integrity organization (RCI) brings together critical compliance, assurance, risk, and governance functions across Google to help the company meet compliance needs and enable businesses to innovate. The goal is to make compliance a competitive advantage for Google by driving scaled, data-driven, and policy-based compliance programs. The team manages operations through risk-based prioritization and governance and consistent and constructive regulator engagement.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google .ResponsibilitiesInterview stakeholders across the organization to understand, analyze, and document opportunities for improvement, and develop flows and strategies for future-state solutions.Work in partnership with engineering teams to help translate business requirements into engineering requirements and act as an advocate for the customer to enable and ensure that the output delivered is in-line with the business requirements.Support multi-stakeholder initiatives on shared technology or process compliance projects.
