Then read on.About The RoleResponsible for generating actionable insights from agency operational and quality-related data. This role provides critical information to support strategic decision-making, with a focus on improving persistency, ensuring compliance, and enhancing overall productivity across the agency network.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and validate data from multiple systems.Develop and maintain parameter on BQ dashboards.Conduct data-driven root cause analysis on quality issues.Provide EWS alerts to management.Work with Compliance, Investigation, Agency Analytic Team to validate impact of implemented initiatives.Ensure data governance and accuracy for regulatory and internal reporting.KPIsAccuracy & timeliness of dashboards/reportsNumber of proactive insights leading to risk preventionData quality index scoreAnalytical contribution to business decisionsBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
