Job PurposeThe Business QA professional ensures the quality and reliability of the bank’s digital platforms. This role supports key projects such as Marketing Automation, Digital Branch enhancements, and Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) initiatives by managing and executing testing processes to meet business and regulatory requirements.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and execute test plans and scripts based on business requirements.Coordinate and perform end-to-end testing for digital banking products.Work closely with product owners and internal teams to ensure quality delivery.Collaborate with external partners for API and system integration testing.Identify and report issues, ensuring they are resolved before release.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldExperience in testing mobile, web, and API applicationsKnowledge of digital banking products and financial services is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesExperience working in an Agile environment
