The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering business reports that provide insights and support strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in reporting tools, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain comprehensive business reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support various departments and managementCollect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to provide actionable insightsCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and ensure timely and accurate delivery of reportsCreate and manage data models to streamline reporting processes and enhance data integrityMonitor and ensure the accuracy of data used in reports, identifying and resolving discrepanciesProvide support in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure business performancePrepare detailed reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate findings to senior management and other stakeholdersAssist in the automation of reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasksWorking closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives and challengesStay updated with the latest trends and best practices in business intelligence and reportingRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related fieldProven experience as a Business Reporting Specialist, Data Analyst, or similar role for at least 2 yearsProficiency in reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel)Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise mannerKnowledge of SQL and experience with database management is a plusAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards identifying improvement opportunitiesPreferred Skills:Experience with statistical analysis and familiarity with statistical packages (e.g., SPSS, SAS) is an advantageKnowledge of financial reporting and accounting principlesExperience in a similar industry or business sectorBenefits💸 Competitive remuneration package according to your experience🌍 Opportunity to work in a fast-paced international company🏠Friendly, motivating, and challenging environment where you can thrive and develop your skills📚 Continuous training for all your learning and development needs👩‍⚕️ Medical insurance
