As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact, drive innovation, and shape the future of wealth management.YOUR CHALLENGEDevelop, maintain, and assess the risk framework to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with bank-wide policies Assess impact of changes of bank-wide policies and ensure adjustments are reflected in internal procedures and governanceCollaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate operational risks, track incidents, and contribute to their timely and sustainable resolutionManage audit-related activities, including coordinating with internal audit teams, ensuring resolution of audit findings, and implementing audit recommendationsYOUR PROFILEBachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education, preferably in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or LawFurther education in financial markets and risk is a strong plus (e.g., FRM, CRM, CFA)Relevant Industry Experience: 5-7 years of working experience in the banking industry, with a focus on risk, compliance, financial markets, or advisory servicesFront to back knowledge of trading and execution processes is a must, product governance and best execution knowledge an advantageStrong affinity with the operational processes associated with the creation and distribution of structured products as well as traditional and alternative fundsStrong knowledge of compliance, risk management, and audit principlesSolid understanding of banking business, financial products, and processes related to advisory, trading, sales, and executionGood understanding of and strong interest in risk-related topics, such as operational risks, fraud, suitabilityGood grasp of products and investment systems/processes in the global private banking contextAbility to conduct in-depth data analysis, gap assessments, and present solution optionsData query and/or programming experience is a plus, e.g. SQL, PythonDiligent, accurate, and reliable personalityCritical and conceptual problem-solver with a growth mindsetAble to work independently in a global team setup and take ownership of initiatives, with a highly motivated and positive attitudeAble to innovate, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutionsStrong analytical, presentation, and communication skillsCommitted to high standards of quality and performance in all deliverablesWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
