Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Setup Admin-Freezone to support our operations team within a Free Zone company setup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting visa, license, and immigration documents, handling government portals, and ensuring timely and accurate typing of all official documents.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and type all official documentation including visa applications, immigration forms, company license applications, employment contracts, NOCs, and letters in both English and Arabic (if applicable)Submit applications and follow up with relevant Free Zone and immigration authoritiesHandle online portals related to Free Zone operations (e.g., E-channel, GDRFA, MOHRE, etc.)Maintain and update records of all applications and approvalsLiaise with PROs and Free Zone representatives for clarifications or documentation supportEnsure compliance with government rules and regulationsAssist with ad hoc administrative tasks related to company formation, renewals, amendments, and liquidationRequirements:Proven experience as a Operations Specialist or PRO support in a UAE Free Zone environmentFamiliarity with documentation procedures and government portalsFast and accurate typing skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to handle multiple applications under tight deadlinesKnowledge of UAE labor and immigration regulations is a plus
