Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Setup Advisor / Administrative Executive to support our clients with business formation, government processing, visa services, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling UAE government portals, trade license processing, visa operations, and client communication.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Setup & LicensingHandle new trade license applications, renewals, and amendments.Manage establishment card updates and labor file opening/maintenance.Ensure compliance with requirements of the Department of Economic Development (DED) and relevant authorities.Government CoordinationProcess documentation and approvals through TAMM, coordinating with DED and other government platforms for licensing and amendments.Manage notarization appointments and document certification via the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD), including POA and related legal documentation.Visa ProcessingManage employment visa issuance and renewals, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.Oversee family visa applications, renewals, and status updates.Client Communication & CRMMonitor and manage inquiries via email and WhatsApp.Ensure timely follow-ups and handovers to internal departments.Document Attestation & EquivalencyCoordinate attestation of documents with relevant authorities.Manage educational certificate equivalency processing for clients.Health InsuranceHandle health insurance processing—particularly Daman—ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.Administrative SupportMaintain accurate records, documentation, and client files.Provide clerical and administrative assistance as required.Prepare reports, manage student files (if applicable), and support overall office operations.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong knowledge of UAE government procedures (DED, TAMM, ADJD, immigration, visas).Excellent administrative and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.Multilingual: English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, and Arabic (reading & writing).Preferred BackgroundExperience in business setup, visa services, or typing centers.Experience coordinating with UAE government authorities.Prior administrative or education-related office experience is an added advantage.Personal AttributesDetail-oriented and self-driven.Quick learner, adaptable to new systems and processes.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
