Our client, a leading business setup consultancy in the UAE, is seeking a Business Setup Sales Manager to lead and grow their high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for an ambitious sales leader with a strong background in business setup and company formation services.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.Develop and implement effective sales strategies for business setup and related services.Build and maintain strong client and channel partner relationships.Monitor sales performance, pipelines, and KPIs using CRM tools.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations, free zone offerings, and market trends.Represent the company at networking events and industry forums to generate new opportunities.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.6–8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within business setup/company formation.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and scaling teams.Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.If you're a driven sales leader with expertise in business setup and a passion for building high-performing teams, please apply.
