Business Solutions Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Solutions Analyst for a 3-month contract engagement to support a technology-driven initiative within a logistics and warehousing environment. This is a fully remote opportunity, though candidates based in Atlanta are preferred for occasional in-person collaboration.

Key ResponsibilitiesGather and document detailed business and functional requirements from stakeholders across business and technical teamsCreate visual process flows, use cases, and workflow diagrams to support solution designAct as a liaison between technical developers and business users to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverablesAnalyze current systems and processes, and recommend improvements or new solutionsSupport testing and validation of new functionality to ensure business needs are metFacilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to drive consensus and understandingQualifications3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Solutions Analyst, or similar roleStrong experience translating business requirements into clear documentation and process flows (Visual!)Proficient in tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, or equivalent for visual process mappingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with both business and technical teamsIndustry experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management is highly preferredSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environmentWe are looking for you to start in late July or early August so if this opportunity is a good match for your skills and experience, please apply so we can set up a time to speak to you in more detail about this position.
