Read on and apply today!The PositionAs a Business Strategy and Innovation Manager, you will: Develop and lead marketing strategies for prescription drugs addressing diabetes and obesity. Design and execute scientific communication plans targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs) and Patient engagement and activation campaigns. Analyse consumer behaviour in health-related decision-making to craft patient-centric strategies.
Drive initiatives in unique market segments where patients pay out-of-pocket for therapies, activating and empowering them to seek treatment. Stay ahead of emerging trends, such as virtual medicine, private health centres, and innovations in obesity treatment pathways. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic goals. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields (MBA preferred). Experience working with obesity-related therapies, chronic disease management, or wellness pharmaceuticals is a plus. A minimum of 8–10 years of strategic marketing experience, with at least 5 years in healthcare (prescription drugs, consumer health, or DTC marketing experience preferred).
Proven track record in Disease awareness campaigns or DTC marketing with a focus on activating consumer engagement and driving conversions outside traditional insurance models. Exceptional ability to develop compelling patient-focused marketing narratives for prescription therapies, considering behaviours, trends, and motivations. Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and innovative platforms to engage patients directly. Experience with managing people. Strong strategic thinking and execution skills with experience navigating both traditional and non-traditional care pathways. Strategic thinker passionate about healthcare innovation. Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities. Hands-on approach to campaign development and execution. Analytically driven with a focus on measurable outcomes.
