Job Description

Business AnalysisConduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to assess the feasibility of new business directions.Develop financial and operational models (market size, unit economics, ROI) to evaluate business scalability.Translate insights into market entry strategies (e.g., delivery services, merchant partnerships, UGC campaigns).Regularly produce business reviews and provide strategic recommendations ("Scale/Adjust/Discontinue") to management.New Business DevelopmentIdentify high-potential opportunities through research, surveys, and small-scale pilots.Design and rapidly launch MVPs, iterating and optimizing based on early feedback.Establish partnerships with local merchants, communities, and chain brands to drive business implementation and user growth.Strategic & Operational ExecutionTranslate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps with clear milestones.Build and manage supply and demand operations during the cold-start phase, including rider recruitment, merchant onboarding, and user acquisition.Plan and execute growth experiments (referral/fission programs, incentive subsidies, brand collaborations) to validate product-market fit.Work closely with product and tech teams to drive product iterations based on user feedback and market insights.Establish and monitor core metrics (order volume, retention rate, engagement, fulfillment rate), identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous optimization.UGC Content EcosystemBe responsible for the recruitment, motivation, and retention of content creators to enhance content supply and user engagement.Collaborate with product and tech teams to optimize content distribution and recommendation mechanisms.Plan and execute UGC activities (topic challenges, fission campaigns for user acquisition, incentive programs) to foster community growth.Requirements3+ years of relevant experience in internet operations, consulting, VC industry research, or a startup environment.Solid market research and business analysis skills, with the ability to translate insights into strategic direction.Experience with 0-to-1 cold-start phases; preference for candidates with UGC platform or local lifestyle/O2O service experience.Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).Adaptable to a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup environment, capable of handling multiple roles.Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred.We OfferDeep involvement in strategy formulation and execution at a high-growth startup.Flat team structure with high autonomy and opportunities for cross-departmental collaboration.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
