Through the Company's dedication to Talent Sustainability, we continue to support the development of employees.Business Strategy Senior Manager role serves as a strategic partner to the General Manager (GM) and Leadership Team (LT), ensuring a focus on key priorities, such as Big Rocks (BR) and Most Important Tasks (MIT), while promoting strong alignment among the LT. This position acts as a bridge between strategy and execution, drives coordination across functions, and supports executive decision-making to ensure the successful implementation of the LT/Business Unit (BU) agenda.Key responsibilities include prioritizing and tracking strategic initiatives, monitoring performance, and preparing executive-level materials. Additional duties involve planning and facilitating leadership meetings, documenting decisions, fostering alignment among senior leaders, coordinating communications between the GM and stakeholders, and managing operational board preparations and leadership team collaboration tools.Success in this role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, leadership, and analytical skills, along with the ability to unify teams and drive change effectively within a complex business environment.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Support:Partner with GM & LT to define, prioritize, and track strategic initiatives.Be a bridge between strategy and execution, drive into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.Monitor company performance through BR/MIT scorecard and prepare & publish monthly.Prepare executive-level presentations, business reviews, and strategic documents.Support the preparation of decks/documents for internal/external audiences (e.g., Sector, Corporate), requiring coordination with leadership team members to embed inputs, establish coherent flow and content, and complete them on time.Support the GM for ad-hoc needs on the external/internal side (e.g., sales conference speech, external meetings, etc.).Build monthly BU letters to the sector in coordination with relevant functionsLeadership & Coordination:Plan and facilitate executive leadership/senior manager meetings (Leadership Team Meetings, LT Check-Ins, Senior Leadership Meetings)Document decisions and meeting minutes clearly, communicate them effectively, and ensure follow-up on action items.Drive alignment and collaboration across senior leadersAct as a key point of coordination between the CEO and internal stakeholdersDeveloping action plans to improve LT efficiency and effectiveness.Coordinate Op Board deck preparations to the sector: Template finalization, coordination with relevant functions, establishing check-in platforms, gathering feedback & ensuring feedback is executedSupport/coordinate global & sector visits preparationsManage & ensure LT «Microsoft Teams» structure & files are fit for purposeRecurrent Deliveries:LT meeting/LT Check-Ins (monthly/weekly): Agenda build, meeting facilitation & coordination, publish meeting notes & trackingQuarterly LT Offsite: Agenda build, meeting facilitation & coordination, publish meeting notes & trackingSenior Leadership meetings (SLM) (monthly): agenda building & communication, deck development w/relevant functions, coordination with internal comms team for execution, gathering & assessing feedbackMonthly letter (monthly): Gather inputs from relevant functions (finance, marketing, PPGA, etc.) / sources (TUIK, TCMB, etc.), prepare the monthly letter documentProgram/Project Management:Lead or support high-impact, cross-functional projectsSupport organizational transformation and change management initiativesEstablish structured follow-up and accountability mechanismsQualificationsDemonstrated ability to adapt communication and approach to gain buy-in across varying organizational personalities and levels.Expertise in unifying diverse teams toward common goals.Proven experience in planning processes, able to align business objectives with actionable plans.Strong capability to anticipate challenges and develop forward-thinking strategies.Exceptional skills in leading multi-functional teams in a fast-moving, evolving environment.Persuasive, inspiring, and enthusiastic leadership style, fostering collaboration and impactful communication.Proficiency in managing and driving change effectively within a complex business framework.Commitment to delivering business results, focusing on customer-centric practices in a multitasking environment.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decision-making.Strong planning, organizing, and tracking skills with a relentless drive for results.High attention to detail and adherence to quality standards in work output.Exceptional collaboration skills, fostering teamwork across functions and levels.Proficiency in influencing others and creating meaningful impact within the organization.Superb communication and drafting skills in English and Turkish.
