ONNEC has successfully achieved the Investors in Diversity Silver Award for our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace.OverviewOnnec Ireland Ltd currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join our Dublin based team on a full time permanent basis.The Business Support Administrator will jojn a busy and proactive administrative team that covers a variety of tasks, supporting all departments, ensuring compliance with organisation policies and procedures.What you’ll be doing as our Business Support Administrator:Processing approved travel requests for the business, ensuring they are processed in a timely manner and to approved budgetsOrganising training and events bookings in co-ordination with Workplace Manager.Assisting the operations team with completing supplier questionnaires, producing labels, downloading fluke results, applying for warranties and maintaining training recordsProcessing of sales orders to projects from sales to operations on IntactAssisting with onboarding customers and supplier through the approved processesGeneral administration duties including copying, scanning, printing, hard and soft copy filing, document control, archiving, formatting documents, maintenance of standard documents and templates, compiling reports and submissions, meeting minutes.Support the team with facilities queries including building maintenance, fleet, flukes and mobiles.Ensure that all administrative processes comply with ISO and regulatory standards.What we’re looking for in our Business Support Administrator:High Level of Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.Highly motivated, Adaptable and flexible; able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.Excellent organisational skills, be able to take the initiative and work independently.Basic knowledge, understanding and experience of construction processes.Be fluent in both written & spoken English.Working knowledge of Intact ERP system or similar in-house documentation system is advantageous.
