Support sales with customer proposals, tenders, and records management. Handle sample requests, shipments, and supplier coordination. Assist with purchasing processes, POs, and indirect procurement. Ensure consistent use of sales materials, templates, and tools. Partner across sales, marketing, and regulatory teams to improve processes. Train users and drive Salesforce efficiency across the business. About You3+ years’ experience in business support, sales operations, or commercial coordination. Fluent in Finnish and English (Swedish a plus). Strong knowledge of SAP and Salesforce (3+ years with each). Background in water treatment or industrial sectors is an advantage.
