Ltd. is looking for Business Support Associate (BSA)Job Description / ResponsibilityA reputed and well-established bank is looking for professionals to join its team as Business Support Associate (BSA). The ideal candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for achieving business growth targets. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who aspire to build a rewarding career in the banking sector and contribute to the expansion of the bank’s customer base and business portfolio.Assist in Marketing and Business Development by promoting the bank’s loan and deposit products to existing and potential customers. Support branch marketing campaigns and outreach programs to attract new clients and enhance customer engagement.Identify and approach potential borrowers for various loan products in line with the bank’s business objectives.Maintain communication with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.Monitor overdue and unpaid loans on a regular basis and prepare follow-up reports for management review.Contact delinquent clients to remind them of payment deadlines and arrange repayment schedules as per bank policy.Coordinate with branch credit and recovery teams to ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.Assist in field visits and verification of defaulted clients to assess repayment possibilities and recovery options.Prepare and maintain records of all recovery communications, visits, and follow-up actions.Provide periodic reports to management on loan recovery progress, customer feedback, and marketing outcomes.Ensure compliance with all banking policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards in marketing and recovery operations.Contribute to achieving branch targets in loan recovery, portfolio quality, and business growth.Support administrative and documentation processes related to loan disbursement, repayment, and customer updates.Maintain confidentiality and handle customer information with utmost integrity. Perform any other tasks assigned by the Branch Manager or Department Head related to marketing or loan monitoring.Educational RequirementsMastersMaster’s degree in any discipline, with at least two First Class/Division or equivalent CGPA, and no Third Division.Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Sales target, Customer ServiceExperience Requirements2 to 3 year(s)Additional RequirementsStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Candidates with prior experience as contractual or outsourced staff in a similar field will be given preference. Target-oriented with strong negotiation and presentation ability.Sound knowledge of banking products, services, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
