About the JobPrepare performance reports and presentation slides to Senior Management Team for periodic business review.Support regional agency sales team in terms of coordination of nationwide/ regional contest and reports.Execute performance analytics and planning such as performance statistics and internal reviews of agency sales trends.Identify the challenges and support required by the assigned agencies to ensure the desired results can be achieved.Organise ad-hoc events or special activities to boost up agency performance in term of production and recruitment.Consistently review agency performance in Sales & Recruitment to identify the need for revision on project's action plan to achieve business goals.Organise meetings with project leaders and work stream members and manage progress development on each project.Actively follow up with work stream members to identify challenges in project implementation and work on developing solutions.We are looking for people whoHas at least a Bachelor Degree or above in any discipline and/or related.Preferably 2 years of working experience in Project Management / Strategic Planning / Management Reporting / Business Development.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Points.Performance oriented, creative, sharp on the insurance market vibe, with high verbal and numerical literacy.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Highly motivated, success driven and able to work independently.How you succeedChampion and embody our Core Values in everyday tasks and interactions.Demonstrate high level of integrity and accountability.Take initiative to drive improvements and embrace change.Take accountability of business and regulatory compliance risks, implementing measures to mitigate them effectively.Keep abreast with industry trends, regulatory compliance, and emerging threats and technologies to understand and highlight potential concerns/ risks to safeguard our company proactively.Who we areFounded in 1908, Great Eastern is a well-established market leader and trusted brand in Singapore and Malaysia.
