Location: Kuala Lumpur (in-office)Our company provides HRDF-claimable soft skills training and team building programmes for corporate and individual clients. We deliver high-quality experiential learning, blending classroom, virtual, and workshop-based modalities to help professionals grow in productivity, performance, and collaboration. As we scale our operations and deepen relationships with key partners, we are looking for a meticulous and proactive Business Support Executive to join our team. What You’ll DoAs our Business Support Executive, you will handle both product/principal relationship management and administrative duties. Key responsibilities include:Be the product owner for assigned online courses, labs, and training materials; ensure content is up-to-date.Serve as the primary contact with training content providers (“principals”); maintain positive working relationships.Manage contract renewals and agreements with principals.Keep the principals’ portal updated with required information.Monitor and share updates to schedule of training, new product/version launches, and major marketing campaigns with the sales & marketing team.Prepare and deliver reports to principals as needed, including pipeline reports on weekly, monthly, and quarterly bases.Coordinate with trainers to schedule upcoming training sessions.Escalate significant issues to management, such as price changes, negative feedback, or urgent updates.Provide administrative support to executives/management and assist inter-departmentally with operations as needed.Travel is required for off-site team building activities (company covers expenses).
