This is a new role to support the children Continuing Care Team. You will be responsible for managing and analysing data for performance, financial information and provide key support with projects across the team.The Post holder will support case managers to be compliant in performance targets set by Welsh Government. They will work closely with colleagues from the Division and liaise with stakeholders to support the commissioning process.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a young person centred, forward-thinking individual to join our Children's Continuing Care Team based in the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS). This is an exciting time to join our friendly and supportive team and be an active part of ongoing service development, providing the post holder with a unique opportunity to gain knowledge, skills and experience within a specialist area of CAMHS.The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post. Welsh and /or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.Main duties of the jobThe post holder will be an advanced user of Microsoft Software.▪ Take minutes, manipulate and analyse data from various systems to produce reports and presentations.▪ Have a comprehensive understanding of Health Board systems.▪ Be well-versed in presenting data and statistics using complex functions of Excel.Develop and implement policies using systematic processes ▪ Ensure operational protocols and working practices are in place. ▪ To ensure that effective systems are implemented and maintained to collect patient and other activity and related financial data required by the CCC Team. ▪ To manage and monitor the CCC Team plan and review action plans to measure progress and ensure compliance. ▪ To participate in multi-professional/multi agency partnerships as appropriate to the CCC Team. ▪ To provide assistance to the CCC team in formulating plans, policies and strategies, and monitoring arrangements for their implementation. To provide project support, including organising assistance for the divisional workstreams including transition and LA commissioning . ▪ Use a range of communication skills to develop effective relationships communication. . ▪ Analyse invoices/cost breakdowns ensuring best value and provide assurance. ▪ Produce highlight reports on budget spend for CCC packages, liaise with finance manager. ▪ Support CCC Case Managers to review contract arrangements and costs breakdowns with Local AuthoritiesWorking for our organisationAneurin Bevan University Health Board is a multi-award-winning NHS organisation with a passion for caring.
