As Business Support Manager, you play a key role in analyzing, improving and future-proofing logistics processes. Operating at the intersection of Operations, Engineering and Solution Design, you initiate improvement projects and guide them through to successful implementation. You translate operational data into concrete actions that make processes more efficient, scalable and reliable.You’re responsible for inventory management, workforce planning and the deployment of process automation. You lead project teams that implement operational improvements and foster a culture focused on quality, collaboration and results.In short: this role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, allowing you to directly contribute to the professionalization of the logistics operation in Heerlen.RequirementsBachelor’s degree (hbo level), preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business AdministrationExperience in a Business Support Manager role or similarAffinity with contract logistics is preferredProven leadership experienceFluent in English, both spoken and writtenEmployment ConditionsOur client offers a challenging and responsible position within an international logistics environment.
